I'm Matt, Welcome! I'm Glad you're here

My name is Matt Trgovac, and I’m a motorsports and documentary photographer based in Indianapolis. I focus on NASCAR, short-track racing, and the quiet, in-between places that shape the culture of American motoring. I started photography in August of 2025, completely unsure of where it would lead. But something about the noise, the people, the travel, and the atmosphere felt worth capturing. Since then, I’ve photographed major NASCAR events, developed a clear visual identity, and had work shown in international exhibitions. What began as curiosity quickly became purpose, and that sense of discovery is present in everything I shoot.
